This interactive CD-ROM, produced by the Native Courtworker & Counselling Association of British Columbia, offers an introduction to the principles and practices of Aboriginal restorative justice. It explores four BC programs through interviews with program coordinators. Scenes of restorative justice "circles" and a bail hearing in Criminal Court demonstrate the differences in how victims and offenders are treated in the two justice systems.
