Subscription to Case Digest Connection
LSS will pay for an email subscription to the Case Digest Connection for lawyers who agree to accept 12 or more legal aid referrals within 12 months. This electronic service from the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Society provides weekly law summaries in criminal and family law of all available BC Court of Appeal and Supreme Court decisions, selected Provincial Court decisions, and cases from the Supreme Court of Canada that originate in BC.

Discounts on CLE courses
Lawyers who accept legal aid referrals are entitled to discounts on CLE courses. To request a course discount, email us. For more information about the courses, go to the CLE website.
