I want to get a publication 
Pick up single copies of publications at your local legal aid office.
Order online from Crown Publications
Place your order on the Crown Publications website. This will help to reduce costs so that we can continue to offer this free service to the public. You will receive your order usually within 5 business days.
To order single copies of our publications online, go to Crown Publications website (under Quick Links, click Legal Services Society). Search the list to find the publication. Click on its title to see the publication description and information.
To order multiple copies of a publication or to place regular orders, please set up a Crown Publications customer account if you don't already have one.
Apply for your customer account
Complete a Customer Account Application Form and send it to LSS by email or fax to 604-682-0965. When your application is accepted, you will receive your customer number and your pre-approved order quantity of either 25 or 50. We set customer order quantities to ensure a consistent supply of our publications is available, so your order can be filled.
Order using your customer account number
Go to the Crown Publications website home page and under Quick Links, click Legal Services Society. At the top of the page enter your customer number and your postal code and click the arrow button. If you need to order more than your pre-approved quantity, please contact LSS directly by email.

Inquire about your customer account
To find out if your organization has an account number, contact Crown Publications at 1-800-663-6105 or by email.
To find out your account number if you’ve forgotten it, contact Crown Publications at 1-800-663-6105 or by email.
To update your customer account information, send an email to Crown Publications with “Change of Mailing Address” in the subject line. Remember to include your account number along with your new contact information.
